Web Design & Development Services

Web design and development projects require extensive resources, time, and dedicated effort. Therefore, payments for these services are made in stages and are handled as follows:

  • Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid to commence a project is non-refundable. These funds are used to secure project resources and begin the initial stages of work.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made at specific project milestones are generally non-refundable once the work for that milestone has been completed and approved by the client.
  • Project Cancellation by Client: If the client chooses to cancel the project, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that Khatkar Industry is unable to complete a project, a full or partial refund will be issued to the client, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Financial Services

Our financial services involve consultation, strategic planning, and advisory work. The fees for these services are treated as follows:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for financial consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
  • Advisory Retainers: Monthly or annual retainer fees are non-refundable for the period in which the service is provided.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.
