Khatkar Industry provides web design, web development, and financial advisory services. All services are subject to a separate agreement or statement of work that will outline the scope, deliverables, and fees.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by Khatkar Industry, including website designs, graphics, and text, remains the intellectual property of Khatkar Industry until all project fees are paid in full. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the final deliverables. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner as required for the project. Delays in providing these may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Khatkar Industry, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
